Govt orders transfer, posting and placement of Doctors

Srinagar, 17 February: Jammu and Kashmir government on friday evening ordered transfer, posting and placement of doctors in a seprate orders.

According to an official order, Jammu and Kashmir government Declared the services of Dr. Shazia Mir, deceased Associate Professor (Prosthodontics) in Government Dental College, Srinagar as quasi-permanent.

Reference: GDC/Estt/Gaz/Quasi Permanent/File-97/e file-220/ (2022- 02)/8610 dated 22.11.2023 from Principal, GDC, Srinagar. Government Order No. 105-JK (HME) of 2024 Dated: 16.02.2024 reads,

Sanction is, hereby, accorded to the declaration of the services of Dr. Shazia Mir, deceased Associate Professor, Department of Prosthodontics, Government Dental College, Srinagar as quasi-permanent in terms of Rule 3(1) and Rule 3(A)(1) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Temporary Services) Rules, 1961, it reads.

 

In an another order government Placed Drug Control Officers as I/C Assistant Controller Drugs/ Assistant Drug Analyst in the Drugs & Food Control Organization, J&K.

Government Order No.103-JK (HME) of 2024D ated: 16.02.2024 reads, sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of following Drug Control Officers as I/C Assistant Controller Drugs/Assistant Drug Analyst in the Drugs & Food Control Organization, J&K in his own pay and grade on officiating basis with Immediate effect alongwith charge allowances as admissible under rules, for a period of six months or till the vacancy is filled-up on regular basis. on the recommendation of the DPC/PSC, whichever is earlier that

Shibeer Ahmad Bhat, Zaffer Ahmad Bhat

This temporary arrangement shall not confer any preferential right upon the officers for consideration of their promotion as Assistant Controller Drugs/Assistant Drug Analyst, as and when the same is filled up on regular basis under rules and shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any Court(s) of competent jurisdiction, reads the order.

 

In another Government Order No./02-JK(HME) of 2024 Dated: 16.02.2024 reads,

In the interest of administration and patient care, Dr. Nayeem Ul Hassan, Consultant Surgery awaiting orders of adjustment in the Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir is hereby posted at Sub-District Hospital, Sogam, Kupwara against available vacancy, with immediate effect, it reads.

 

In another order, government Placed faculty members of Government Medical College, Srinagar on higher posts in their own pay and grade.

Reference: Letter Nos. GS-MC/Promotion /FM/1995 dated 20.12.2023 & GS- MC/Promotion/FM/2323 dated 02.02.2024, from Principal, Government Medical College, Srinagar. Government Order No. 99-JK(HME) of 2024 Dated: 15-02-2024, reads.

Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of following faculty members of Government Medical College, Srinagar on the post(s) and in the discipline(s), indicated against each, in their own pay and grade, for a period of six months or till the post(s) are filled-up on regular basis, on the recommendations of DPC/PSC, whichever is earlier:

Dr. Sajad Bashir Khanday, Associate Professor placed as Professor in Ophthalmology

And Dr. Mir Sadaqat Hassan Zaffar, Assistant Professor placed as Associate Professor in Medicine, it reads.

The above arrangement shall be purely on temporary basis and shall not confer/create any preferential right/interest in favour of these faculty members for their promotion on the higher posts on substantive basis, which shall be made in accordance with the J&K, Medical Education (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 1979 read with subsequent amendments.

The above arrangement shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any court of competent jurisdiction, reads the order.
